The Prophet ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam says in a ḥadīth reported by Imām al-Bukhārī and Muslim from the narration of Sayyidunā ‘Uthmān ibn ‘Affān radiya Allāhu ‘anhu, that
“the best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it to others.”
